Does your AVR not respond to IP commands when the unit is in Stand-By mode? Then it means the Eco mode is enabled on the AVR or the AV processor.
In order to disable it you need to do the following:
1. Press menu button on the front panel
2. Go to HDMI Settings
3. Look for HDMI Bypass & IP – This setting controls the functionality of HDMI bypass & IP control while in standby. Selecting “Low Power” (default) will mean that IP control (network) and HDMI bypass are disabled. Selecting “HDMI & IP On” means that IP Control (network) & HDMI bypass is enabled.
